Wilco’s Pesto was born out of the need for my 12 year old son to make some pocket money and to use what resource he had been growing in his herb garden.
Wilco is an avid gardener he has definitely inherited his grandfathers green thumb.
He had an abundance of Basil and that's when we decided to make it into pesto and voila! It was born.
