My meatballs are made the way I've always made them - taught to be by all the Italians in my life and tweaked to make them just that little bit healthier and packed full of vegetables. We mix grass-fed beef mince with an array of vegetables, herbs, garlic, onion, reggianno and egg and make little pillows of yumminess that we then cook in our Brothy red sauce ready for you to heat gently (after defrosting) to serve with vegetables or pasta of your choice.
