We have two family favourites at our home and special meals my Aunty Marika would make for me...and they are both GLUTEN FREE!
Goulash with Buckwheat gluten free Nokedli and cabbage
Hungarian Cabbage Pasta
Simply defrost each meal.
Preheat the oven to 180-200c - cover the goulash meal with greaseproof paper and then foil and cook for 20mins until hot all the way through (avoid over cooking as the nokedli will go mushy)
With the cabbage pasta cook with it's lid or 10mins and then remove and let it continue cooking until the top is caramelised and crispy.
