The Broth lady regularly takes leftover mixture home and poaches the balls in broth and so today she wanted to share this simple but oh so delicious soup with you!
Tender meatballs filled with chicken, broth cooked rain fed rice, tonnes of different veg and so much fresh ginger and garlic. Truly so bloody delicious.
