Hungarian Peasant soup
I love anything with sweet paprika in it, maybe because I grew up eating it in everything. So when I was left with the Brothy juices of our Paprika Chicken pie I instinctively new that I was going to make a soup to honour this incredible flavour. I added properly prepared lentils and borlotti beans, white and black cabbage, parsley & carrots and the meat slow cooked in the paprika broth.
It's sure to blow your mind. Best eaten with nokedli (google it)
