Chinese Chicken and SweetCorn
Most of you have had the pleasure of tasting this soup and those of you that had I’m sure are addicted!
It appears only a few times in the year when I get word that the organic sweetcorn is at it’s prime and this week that happened.
This delicious soup is made with tonnes of fresh garlic and ginger in followed by the sweetest corn freshly cut from the cobs topped off with our delicious Organic Chicken Broth a touch of tamari, organic chicken thighs cooked till falling a part in this fragrant broth and to finish we've added spring onions - you can add a few raw eggs after its warmed and whisk them through for the real Chinese restaurant experience or some rice vermicelli but I like mine just as is!
