There are two conflicting sides in my family on how a Goulash should be made.
My Great Aunt is Hungarian and my father is German and though their Goulash is equally delicious, they are worlds apart. I love them both but my Aunty's is the one I come back to more often simply because the flavours evoke such special memories for me as a child.
Melt in your mouth tender beef cooked in our super gelatinous beef broth, caramelised onions, red & green capsicum, sweet carrots, parsley and sweet & hot hungarian paprika and a touch of caraway.
We’ve made it even easier for you to enjoy our Goulash by making it into a pie! Our goulash with a little extra veg and some cabbage topped with super buttery, Brothy mashed potato. Total heaven.
Dinner without having to do anything but pop it in the oven.
Best served with a dollop of sour cream.
